A powerful welder at a popular price, that's the MIG 160! With the ability to weld up to 5/16", the MIG 160 fits the needs of most users, making it the right choice for the sophisticated mome shop. General repair around the farm, street rod building and race car fabrication are just some of the uses for this MIG's 160 amps of welding power.
Professional body shops and muffler shops rely on the MIG 160 as a durable tool for their tasks – from the lightest sheet metal to heavy plate. They know they can depend on the MIG 160 for day-in, day-out use, even among the most demanding conditions.
No matter what you're welding, you'll be spoiled by the smooth welding arc and the convenient spot and stitch welding modes. Eight heat settings cover the wide range of welding applications you'll find for this 220V workhorse. A 10' welding gun is standard and can be upgraded to a 12' or 15'. We can also install the welding gun of your choice as well. To save time, you can reverse the polarity without any tools for quick changeover to flux cored wires.
Your HTP MIG 160 welder comes complete with the following items: 10' lightweight, ergonomically designed 15 series welding gun, 10' ground clamp, flowmeter and gas hose, undercarriage (so you can put a tank on the back of the welder and move it around your shop) and our Welcome to the World of MIG WeldingDVD.
