Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
You cannot cancel your submitted order through our website. Please call our customer service department at 1-800-872-9353. Have your order number ready to expedite your request. If you get our voicemail in the evening or on the weekend, please leave a message and will will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also e-mail your request to Customer Service at customerservice@usaweld.com; include your Order Number and daytime telephone number. |

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Orders shipping to within Illinois will be charged 9% sales tax.
Canadian orders will be charged the appropriate provincial tax. |

How do I check the status of my web order?
-The best way to check the status of your order is to call us at 800-USA-WELD (800-872-9353). We will send you an email with your shipments tracking information, once your order leaves our warehouse. You can use that information to log on to USPS or UPS and track your order as it makes it's way to you address.

How can I return an item?
- To return and item please call customer service and they will give you a return authorization number to include with your package.

What shipping methods do you offer?
- You may choose from: Standard USPS, Priority Mail, UPS Ground for most items. For larger, heavier items, usually welders, we need to ship by truck or common carrier. We work with many carriers and will get you the best rate available to your area. To insure the lowest rate for items like these, it is best to have your item shipped to a commercial address or we can find a truck terminal in your area that you can pick your shipment up at.
