The Quick Notch Junior is a new, low cost model that will fit anyones budget. It features a 3/16" thick silver powder coated steel backing plate, 90 degree base plate (The Quick Notch Junior is designed to be mounted in a vise.). The 3 piece V-Block Vise centers tubing from 5/8" to 2" diameter with virtually any size cutter (standard hole saws work fine) and locks it into place. Sine the cutter and the work are locked into place with each other, there is no chance of the cutter grabbing, the tubing getting thrown, or bending thin wall tubing.
Etched into the anodized backing plate of the Quick Notch Junior is a scale which runs from 0 to 60 degrees. This allows you to quickly and accurately set the cutting angle, giving you a perfect fit every time.
