What shipping methods do you offer?
- You may choose from: Standard USPS, Priority Mail and UPS Ground for most items. For larger, heavier items, usually welders, we need to ship by truck or common carrier. We work with many carriers and will get you the best rate available to your area. To insure the lowest rate for items like these, it is best to have your item shipped to a commercial address, a business, or we can find a truck terminal in your area that you can pick your shipment up at. We are happy to ship these type of items to your home, however the carriers charge an additional charge for residential deliveries and someone needs to be home to unload the items from the truck.
For international shipping please call Customer Service at 1-800-872-9353, 9AM to 5PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. They will supply a shipping quote for the available ship methods to your area. |
