    Description:

10' 15 Series (150A at 25% duty-cycle) MIG welding gun. Uses HTP America® 15 Series consumables (the traditional 15 Series gas diffuser is not compatible with this gun; for the gas diffuser used with this gun, please visit the following link: Female Gas Diffuser f/81295B MIG Welding Gun). Fits many small (and typically Italian-made) MIG welders. Features a gas valve in the brass block at the base of the swan neck, located within the handle, since the machines do not include a built-in solenoid valve. The ring terminal connects to a stud on the inside of the machine, the two female spade terminal trigger wires connect to the trigger terminal on the inside of the machine, and the gas hose runs through the machine and to the adapter on the backside of the machine.

    Upgrade Chicago Welder

Wow i am super happy, the original trigger setup doesn’t even compare to the quality of weld you can do with the new trigger set up. Seen the video on u-tube and changing it out was just as easy as they showed. Thank you happy customer

    Clarke MIG 100EE MK2

Needed a new gun for this 25+ year old welder and this is a great solution. Purchased this gun and installation was super easy. -I did need to trim about an 1 inch off the wire feed tube so it didn't make contact with the wire feed wheel. Rather than risk crushing the tubing with a pair of hand cutters, I using a cut-off wheel as to not damage the diameter of the tubing. -The reason this tubing trimming was required was because of where the plastic insert (prevents the hose from pulling on the wires inside the machine) is located on the inside of the outer protective cover. This insert must be located in the end of the wire feed assembly and positioning this properly makes the metal fire feed tube longer than the wire feed wheel. - The electrical connections are simple. The brown where replaces the existing brown wire. Just pull the old connector off of the electrical spade on the machine and replace with the new wiring brown wire. - Since this was originally a one control wire machine, I connect the blue wire to the open spade on the metal bar that the main electrode connects to. There's another writeup here that they tied into the power wire itself, if you use the open spade that is on the machine, you don't need to cut any electrical connectors of the replacement gun.
