The MicroCut 875S is based on the MicroCut 625’s inverter technology, proven in the field since 1998. But we put the machine on a diet – increasing the power by 37% but keeping the weight the same, making it easy to take this cutter right to the job. And a 20 ft cutting torch will allow you to get up on top of equipment if that’s where the cutting needs to take place.

A machine like the MicroCut 875S lets you redefine production and fabrication techniques. The possibilities are truly staggering! Just feed it 220 volt power and clean compressed air and it will easily blast through Ύ” solid steel plate at 7 ½”/min and severance cut 1 1/8” steel. The arc is ignited without high frequency, extending consumable life while at the same time eliminating any interference with computers, TV’s or telephones. And it features automatic arc re-ignition for cutting expanded metal.

For all its power, the MicroCut 875S is easy to master. Its infinitely adjustable power is easily tamed for even delicate tasks on mild, stainless or high carbon steel, aluminum, brass, copper, galvanized, or rusty or painted plate.
